Yesterday I was extremely depressed for no reason and today I found out one of my really close friends is in the hospital and I'm also organising my birthday coming up.

I'll always make sure everything is out by the end of the week that is suppose to be out but just letting you know !!

Please do not react to the Arrow finale this week. Just push it back Shan. You know finales make you emotional as it is. You've said as much. Don't watch a finale while in that state already. Most importantly for yourself but honestly for us too. The reaction will be better if you wait.

Take as much time off as you need to process all of this and too fully recover. Don't worry at all about delays, we are not important in these cases. So throw the schedule out the window and focus only on what's important right now: Your mental health, that friend, and your birthday. And don't come back until you're really ready, even if that means you'll be away for two weeks. Because nobody wants you to do something you don't feel like doing at all.
