As much as I wanted Nolan to be happy, the second child protective services found out a kid was spending time with his foster-father's boyfriend who's been in jail things would get complicated. Also I feel like we don't know this guy enough to see him as endgame for the best character on the show.

2021-11-18 06:10:02 +0000 UTCVictoria has shown to have tech connections in the past, so it's not beyond her capability to have that video disappear once the recording is done playing. Also, you never know or Mason met someone like that during his period in the tropics. But besides that, one could argue that the video is hearsay because it could have been recorded under duress. You can't see the entire room and therefore it's possible that someone has a gun pointed at Victoria the entire time.
