Those were actually special circumstances, one was where a well respected long time member of the community gave up her spot and was kind enough to give people a heads up, the other was when we made the new Temporary Tier and wanted to inform people to be on the lookout. Other than that we normally don't make a habit of informing people that a spot has opened up, in fact it has happened on several occassions that even we figure out a day or so later that someone left their spot and someone new joined. 😅

2021-11-21 18:52:10 +0000 UTCScarlett you'll never get one of those spots and when/if one opens up its announced on DISCORD firstand one of them ends up getting it like 2 seconds after it opens because they knew the day before to look out for it
