They didn't show it, but it's implied, since no one is looking for a missing device. Sunshine has some dope ass powers, but can only do stuff during the day, with present sunlight. Sure, you do jobs only during the day and you sleep at night, but that's gotta suck on a rainy day with clouds everywhere, the vampires without daylight rings can go out and kill you, and you don't have your powers)))
