She was on Fusco's computer because the CIA is literally tracking her every move. They wouldn't know what she was following up if she was using his PC. Flashbacks on PoI are the best flashbacks in a TV Series. This is a really strong episode, and I love seeing Carter being thrown into the deep end by Finch. The actual number was okay, but I just love the flashbacks and the Carter storyline.
