I feel like Klaus or Damon don't really sound all that Murican... Angel sounds fruity... Spike doesn't sound real.. Malcolm Reynolds?? I mean I do aim to misbehave ....What would YOUR alias be Froots??? 5. I've had a flat tire before... I didn't notice AT. ALL. until I got to my destination... Luckily no real damage was done since I didn't drive out of town or anything... And replacing it was easy peasy 6. True... The actor who plays Young Hammond could've done a bit better on his accent 7. Michael Shanks is pretty good at playing different characters... His German pronunciation while talking to Catherine is a bit spotty though 8. Future Cassandra opened the iris in much similar fashion to how The Nox opened up the gate before... That's kinda cool 9. Look.. Froots.. Just accept that Hammond knew about this all along alright... If he had stopped it we wouldn't have gotten to see Teal'c in a hippie outfit with a full set of hair.. That IS something I've done for one of your shows... For reasons... But we'll blow up that bridge once we've crossed it 13. Aaaaaaaand here we go.... More clipshow.. UGH.. Time to up the speed to 2x!!! 14. Yeeeaahh.. They DIDN'T save on budget with some lame episodes to make a killer Season Finale ...You might've thought I accidentally spoiled you before in voice on these final 2 episodes when we were talking about how lame the previous weeks 2 episodes were.. Nah bish! ...I'm smarter than that! (Read: I got lucky) 15. I can't blame you for not paying much attention to the clipshow segments... I'm not paying much attention to the episode either 16. Not sure why Daniel and them would all of a sudden be immune to Hathors perfume... But sure.. Let's just go with it 17. Welp... You don't even have to say it.. I'm just as unimpressed with this ending as you were.. As 2 parters go.. This was a pretty bad first part... Let's hope the 2nd part is a bit better

In a time where there was no "video on demand", it allowed viewers to see parts they may has missed. - It also acted as a season recap. Kind of a Best Of thing. - They were also useful when purchasing episodes in syndication. Some networks would only buy 10 to 12 episodes per season to air even though there were 22 per season. - It also reduced the budget for the episode as minimal effects were needed so more could be spent on other episodes. - There is a joke about this in the script. When Jake is searching the base, he opens a door and finds only a wall. His comment, "Damn, cost cutting."
