I'm not sure how much I explain here without being spoilery. If it helps, this episode confused me a lot too. We meet some of the Dada, who try to get into the minds of the DP gang. We see bicycle back guy, who appears to be able to generate winds with the wheels on his back. He talks to Cyborg, getting him to question himself and his mission. He mentions being in a prison for years only to escape and see the world had not changed while his was captive. We have Shelley Byron aka The Fog. She appears to be able to trap peoples minds in her brain by use of the fog she spreads. In there she can control reality. She mentions being used to attack whole towns and trap them but it didn't seem she liked doing this. She gets Jane questioning her role in the underground and the influence of the others on the Kay. This is something the other personalities are not happy about, leading them to bar Jane's contact with Kay at the end. Cliff meats, ice cream truck lady and them Japanese girl in a quarantine box. He is provoked into questioning his fear of dying. How in the past he wanted to die but now due to his grandson, he wants to live to be a part of his life. Larry sees his son, who has a Bureau of Normalcy pin. He manages to get his son out of the fog. He must have been trapped in The Fog when the Dada escaped the Bureau.
