2022-03-05 09:45:21 +0000 UTCWhile I definitely understand what you mean by asking what the ISA ultimately hope to accomplish, mass mind control seems like a pretty big motivation in and of itself. Sure, there doesn't seem to be a specific end goal in sight, but if they had control of the minds of multiple states, they could decide how people vote, what's right to believe in and what's not, who deserves punishment and why, etc. They would create a version of America that only they desire.
