I'm glad that Renee came to her senses about Matt. Yeah, she would have chronically been the other woman. Particularly, with a baby on the way. He is a real asshole. Also, what the hell is Billy doing kissing Ally? Then he just goes off with Georgia as if nothing happened. I am getting really tired of this love triangle BS with the 3 of them. John is so awesome and Nell is a great person for recognizing that, despite all his awkward quirks. We needed more Ling this episode. The unexplained holiday cheer was funny but I was waiting for some sort of motivation for it, besides it was Christmas. The case was an odd one. I don't think it would actually happen IRL, because a company would face a major lawsuit for discrimination after firing him. The consequences would have been a lot worse than how it ended up on the show. I guess I don't mind the singer that much. The only thing I do wish is sometimes they would play the original versions of songs. I can understand when they're in the bar, for her to sing them because she is basically the house act. But hearing her singing every single song does get annoying after awhile.
