That actually was Cena playing the Home Sweet Home cover on the piano. James Gunn talked about it on Twitter about how when they were filming The Suicide Squad and Gunn was extremely sad because he learned his dog was about to pass away. In an attempt to sooth his pain, John went to the piano in the lobby they were at and played a rendtion of "Where Is My Mind?" by The Pixies and everyone around him was crying with Gunn being so moved that he wanted to recapture part of that moment on the show.
