Over the years, in the comics, Kara has been romantically linked to a number of different characters but the one she is most commonly paired with is Brainiac 5. They first met on the day they were both inducted into the Legion. Kara was naturally suspicious of him at first but he quickly proved that he was not like his ancestor and won her over. Kara’s cat Streaky is also pulled from the comics, but in the comics Streaky has super powers of his own which he uses, along side the other super pets, to help fight the bad guys. Mon-El didn’t want to get involved, with good reason, but Imra knew better. She convinced him, and in turn B5, that not only was it their duty but also the right thing to do. Like Supergirl, she is a truly good person who will always help those in need because that’s what good guys do.
