Hope killing herself was her own decision. Being able to make that decision on her own was as much of a win as she was ever going to get. If she had survived she would always have had the guilt of knowing she killed her parents. Knowing she wasn't truly at fault was never going to change that.

2021-02-17 07:22:56 +0000 UTCSimpson’s character is based on the Marvel villain Nuke, who’s a former US soldier turned killing machine by a secret organization. “Gimme a Red” is what he would say before being sent into a fight, like he asked for a red pill last episode. He has the American flag tattooed on his face, his lighter in this episode was a reference to that.

When I watched this show the first time I planned on finishing the second half of this season in a day starting with this episode and I couldn’t do that after watching this episode.
