I was confused by a scene in the season finale of season 1 and I remember reading online that it's him leaving his home planet that was destroyed and ends up in the US and starts the Umbrella Company. Maybe I'm wrong but it would explain why he doesn't age because he looks the exact same in this season as he does in season 1.

In Season 1 they showed flashbacks of Hargreaves arriving to America and starting his Umbrella company in the late 1800s so he’s probably closer to 100 here in the 60s rather than present day. He’s probably found ways to prolong his life
