shit cops is no more a trope than cheerleaders dating athletes in all the CW teen dramas. Some things are facts, don't understand being tired of one fact but not the other. Also, second cop was not white.

2023-02-19 10:02:11 +0000 UTCI'm surprised at your reactions to the corrupt cops storylines in shows. It's not a "trope", it's just how things are. Corrupt cops are everywhere, it'd be unrealistic *not* to depict them and pretend that all cops are good.

In season 4 ep 10 when they try to kill Mace while he's speaking in public he blocks the sniper with the podium which then explodes after Mace throws it into the air.

Which yes still makes 2 out of the 3 corrupt cops white but they aren't all white like some other shows *cough* Black Lightning. And yes Justin Hammer was arrested and put into... Seagate Prison. It also would have been about the same time Luke was there that Hammer was arrested
