Nevertheless, she was shown as being really good at being Batwoman in Elseworlds before these episodes were written or the series was even green-lit. So they had to write around that. Sherloque's line in The Flash 5x08 about 3 weeks is an error. The Enlightenment was in May and 5x07 was Thanksgiving (November), 6 months later. Did you recognize Katie Cassidy's father, David Cassidy, as Mirror Master on the 90s Flash?

So I did the math and went back and skimmed through each Batwoman episode so far. I think I have a timeline. Here is TL:DR. By the time Elseworlds happened, Kate had been in the suit for a little over a month and actually Batwoman for a week or two. Here is the timeline for each episode and what else was going on in Arrow. This will probably be confusing but bear with me Batwoman 1x01 - About the same time as Oliver is in Level 2 of Slabside with the murder doctor guy 1x02: 4 days after 1x01 - Oliver is released from Level 2 aka Arrow 7x05 1x03: Ten Days after 1x02 - Arrow 7x06 Due Process 1x04: 1 or 2 Days after 1x03 - About the same time as Arrow’s Slabside Redemption EW: 1-3 weeks after 1x04 (estimate) - Estimated because they don’t specifically say how long it has been. - I’d explain what I did to come up with 1-3 weeks but then this post would be super long 1x05: Two Weeks after EW - Around Arrow’s 150th Episode 1x06: Two Weeks after 1x05 - Between 7x13 & 7x14 The reason I only did Arrow is Supergirl is on another Earth, Legends are time travels so there is no exact timeline for when stuff happened plus they weren’t in Elseworlds. As for the Flash, season 5’s timeline makes no sense. Mainly because while between season, Arrow did a 6 month time jump while the Flash picked up seconds after the season 4 finale. Then in Flash 5x08, Sherloque implies it has been 3 weeks since the Enlightenment. Then in 5x11, Caitlin says American Pie has been killing for 8 months. So I guess 7 months has happens between episode 8 and 11? Idk I did my best. Took a few hours of work but I wanted to know too

But I guess they found out a few days ago and it's hard to switch your several-year-long mindset. I hope both Jacob and Kate realize that it wasn't his, or hers, or Batman's fault
