Nick snapping out of the muse's spell did kinda lack the oomph, which you'd expect from such a moment but I do kind of appreciate that the show avoided the true loves kiss trope, because frankly, Juliette and Nick weren't there yet.

2024-02-09 22:26:16 +0000 UTCI liked the concept of what they were doing here, but I agree that the resolution was very weak. 1. The just "look at me" fix was lame. 2. Letting her go, to hurt others was bad. (Although the did like the Captain's threat. Kind of kewl. Better if it had been a situation where he had to save the muse or Juliette and choosing Juliette snaps him out. This also takes care of the muse. I also liked when the guy in cell reaches for gun and Renard steps on it and says "Really?". LOL
