Bellamy and Clarke both had to make difficult decision in this episode, Bellamy with the Hydeogenerator and Clarke with Telling people the truth. Bellamy like Monty said just wants to make up for the things he did and save the slaves from the ice nation, it was a tough call for him but he did it anyway because those people are his people at the end of the day, and like he said he'll live with that. Clarke dealing with if she should tell the people the truth or not whilst getting advice from Jaha, I honestly wouldn't want to keep it a secret and give people the choice on how they choose to spend the remaining 6 months but I get why she chose to lie and give them hope instead of telling the truth.
the only thing that annoyed me throughout this episode is the little remarks Raven makes towards Clarke and Bellamy like twice she brings up Jake when frankly she has no right to and then "having to live with Bellamy's call as usual." like she doesn't know how to make the difficult decisions that Clarke and Bellamy always have to make, she's not the one in their shoes and has got to deal with the consequence of the aftermath that decision might bring for them so I don't think she has the right to judge them so harshly as she does in this episode.

1. You about Clarke being ready to sacrifice Abby to keep the passphrase: "What would you do? Would you cave" ....Depends on the person who they'd threaten to kill
2. Froots.. I guess you weren't paying attention... We DID see Grounders walking around in the City of Light.. There were several people walking around with visible tattoos on their faces including Ontari
3. SMH... How... the FUCK. did you not get that joke?!!? I make a joke about budget and jerry curls and it went over your head?!?!? Bish... I made like... AT LEAST.. 20 jokes about that shit during the run of OUAT!! .....HOW!?!?! .....Who are you and what have you done with my bestie!?!
5. This bish talking about some "I saved your life getting you out of Mount Weather" ....Preeeettty fucking sure Bellamy got YOU out of that cage.. If not for him then you'd probably ended up doing a Bonnie Bennett
6. HA! Too late Raven!! You need to work on your cockblocking skills ........Actually.. Scratch that... Cockblocking sucks ..Either learn to knock or join the fun
7. The giant wave of radiation you saw at the end of 4x01 is what they called praimfaya ...It shows the effect a meltdown of several "mega reactors" ...In the real world mega reactors obviously aren't a thing.. One of the most well known meltdowns to ever occur in real life was Chernobyl and it's effects could be felt hundreds of kilometres away probably a bit over a thousand.. To answer your question.. You are right.. The wave you saw is not an actual thing that happens.. ESPECIALLY NOT worldwide... This was just a case of TV show gotta TV show
8. Technically... Skaikru DID cause all this chip stuff and the Grounders have a right to be angry... Jaha was the first to take the chip and many others followed as we saw... But Jaha WAS essentially a descendant of Skaikru whether or not he was still with them.. The Grounders need to blame people so why not the people that have invaded their land
9. Continuing on that though... Since Jaha is pretty much to blame for letting Allie out into the world.. How is he still alive and walking around Polis?
10. Jasper.. Mah dude... You look like a fucking dweeb with that shower cap on ...I'm loving the zero fucks attitude though.. World is ending? Meh.
11. It was a dumb decision to bring this Bryan dude along on this mission.. He's got a personal investment in trying to save the prisoners on Farm Station... It was a dumb decision on the part of Bellamy in blowing up the device that could help 500+ people survive praimfaya ...They blew it up to save 25 prisoners.. People they now need to somehow add to the list of potential survivors which now has been drastically downed to a 100 at the most ....The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.. Sometimes you have to sacrifice a few people to save the rest ...The title of 4x02 speaks volumes.. Heavy lies the crown ...A leadership decision was to be made there and Bellamy is obviously not leadership material
12. I think Clarke's decision to lie to everyone saying they would ALL survive was the right one.. Cause think about it... If you tell people that some of them are going to die while others will get to live.. You create chaos.. People will be more pre-occupied with their own survival which will take time away from making progress towards a solution.. It's human nature to look out for yourself first... Only the best of people would try to look out for others as well and there are sadly only few of those kinds of people in this world.. The better option is giving them hope and telling them they all get to survive if they work together ....Get solutions FIRST by having them work as one people.. And THEN deal with the whole too many people issue

I didn't get upset at Bellamy's incredibly stupid decision in this episode mainly because it was episode 2. There is too much time left in this season. Something was always going to go wrong.
Blowing up their source of water wasn't even his biggest mistake. He just attacked Ice Nation. That's grounds to start the war you were trying to avoid.
I don't believe they brought all the slaves back. Some (half?) were Grounder prisoners. I'm guessing those people went off on their own.
Clarke went completely against her original character here. Lying to the people is exactly the opposite of what she would have done in season 1. I think it's in line with where her character is now though. Telling the 100% truth has backfired on her in the past. I personally think it was the wrong decision though. She should have told them the complete truth. Doing so would give them the workers they need to repair Arkadia, but it would also give them people looking for a way to save everyone.
