I mean this episode was better but it doesn't reach the height of season 1 and 2 The scenes of Allegra and her cousin I skip through it and the story with joe and the cop lady cringe through it It's annoyed me that frost and mark didn't use their ice abilities Overall this episode was decent which is not saying much

2022-08-21 18:22:55 +0000 UTCThe reason we don't see Candice this episode is Canada's covid rules. Candice was homesick and went to see family and when she got back to Vancouver she had to quarantine for 14 days before she could return to set. So they had to work around her absence.

Barry's fight with the Godspeed was incredibly entertaining, especially the part where he dodges an attack by sweeping under Godspeed only to turn immediately into a block. This is a giant step up from last episode especially.
