So this is tough to write without being spoilery. I've been watching both House of the Dragon and Rings of Power. One of them I had to force myself to start, don't really enjoy it, and forgot to watch the most recent episode. The other I'm enjoying much more than I expected, and am looking forward to the next episode to watch right away. I think both shows need the backstory of what came before (or rather after since both are prequels) them to be properly interesting. My suggestion is to put them on the "some day" list and don't worry about them for now.

2022-09-05 16:09:28 +0000 UTCI definitely think Rings of Power wouldn't make sense for you to watch, since you barely watched LotR. House of the Dragon, personally I'm indifferent about. If you do start watching it, I will check it out with you since I haven't watched it.
