Yeah it was definitely loosely based because the books are extremely different. The first 2 books are pretty much the closest we ever got to the show but even then only a few things were similar. I wonder if Shan would be ok with me making a list of all the changes and differences between the book and show. I think it will be fun for her to know. Season 6 really is a new story. The first 5 seasons were Sci-fi but not as deep. Now we are turning up the Sci-Fi aspect of the show. I applaud the showrunner for trying new things so it can stay fresh and not get boring.

As disgusting as The Dark Year was ...I've seen MUCH worse and I'm not even talking TV show or movies ...It wasn't a problem for me editing it 2. You about giving Murphy/Me a Super Bazooka being a bad idea: "But the bad ideas are the funnest aren't they?" ....Daaamn straight Froots! ..You're an enabler.. But so am I.. We're double trouble ...smirk... 3. Nah Froots... Murphy and them got caught but THEN managed to get out of the situation after Shaw showed up... THEN Murphy got the Super Bazooka ...But we never saw him use it.. I'm hoping he gets to use it in these final 2 episodes cause if this were me I'd take that thing everywhere ...added later... Ah ok he gets to use it in the first couple minutes.. Noice 4. I mean I get the feeling.. Clarke betraying everyone in order to protect Madi ...Sometimes you love someone so much you'd be willing to let the world burn if it meant saving them 5. Aight... A new commander has risen.. Madi kom Louwada Kliron Kru? ....That's a mouthful 6. And now there's no Earth left to fight over ....Time to go and screw up another planet? I'm sure there'll be plenty of buttons for Clarke to press on that ship 7. You are right Froots... Cryo-sleep.. The way it's shown on The 100.. Doesn't make much sense.. After all that time their legs would feel like jelly.. It'd essentially be like waking up out of a coma.. Getting out of cryo-sleep wouldn't be that easy.. But.. This is now a scifi show 8. Also.... They apparently flew to another solar system within 75 years.. As far as we know that ship is propelled by rocket engines or something quite similar and it doesn't matter what type of fuel they have ...It would take tens of thousands of years to make it to the nearest solar system and that's not even where they went ...Do you get what I'm saying with "Travel time on The 100 is janky as fuck"?? Yeah they just dialed it up a notch 9. Side note... It was odd to me that Monty and Harper called their son Jordan and said Jasper would like that ...I was like.. Huh?? But why??? I completely forgot Jasper's last name was Jordan ...Such a weird name 10. "End of book one" ...The first 5 seasons were loosely based on 4 novels.. The 100 (2013), Day 21 (2014), Homecoming (2015) and Rebellion (2016)... Starting with Season 6 we're moving into unknown territory... There are no more novels.. This is where The 100 really went it's own course
