I wouldn't wonder if Rennrad bought the truck since he wanted his child in safety

The opening quote, "The Queen was terrified and offered the little man all the riches of the kingdom, if only he would leave the newborn child alone" is from the fairytale Rumpelstiltskin.

Yes, another good episode. Got a little tense there in the hallway between Nick and Renard and again between Renard and Nick’s mom when talking about her sister. I did think is was a little funny how every time someone brought up Nick’s mom killing Adalind’s mom she would point out how it was kind of an accident with the mirror. Monroe and Rosalee have to be the most supportive friends in history. The plan did seam a bit overly convoluted. I think the idea was Renard gives them the baby, that leaves both him and Adalind off the hook since they did what they were told. Now the Royals and Adalind think the Resistance has the baby. So, there is no reason to go after Renard or Nick and if they do look, they will not find anything, since the baby is gone. They had to trick Adalind because she never would have abandoned the baby and as long as she had it, the baby would be in danger. They would obviously keep an eye on her to locate the baby. The only reason I can think of the arrest of Nick’s mom is so Adalind doesn’t start thinking to much about what she’s up to. If she thinks she’s in jail. That part I agree is a little confusing. So now Nick’s mom takes off with the baby. Will she raise her or turn her over to someone else to raise? It's kind of poetic for her raise someone else’s child since someone else had to raise her child. I wonder who ended up paying for the truck Nick bought for his mom. Cops don’t make much and that truck had to cost at least $35,000.

Schade in German means "what a shame" and yes the way they are pronouncing it is how it would be pronounced in Austria whose native language is German.

Andrew Polinski

I'm guessing the way they are pronouncing Schade differently is some sort of old world way of pronunciation the name. A lot of immigrants used to change the spelling or even just the way their name was pronounced when they came to USA in the past.
