I don’t like Mineta, he’s definitely a character that is funny only when he’s thwarted/punished, like when Jiro stuck her earphone jack in his eye for trying to peep. I also was very frustrated with Bakugo at this point in the story. The best I can say without giving anything away is to just wait and see.
