I dunno if this screenshot specifically helps (https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/fireemblem/images/2/29/Lucina_cutscene_crying.png/revision/latest?cb=20170526071150) but it looks like the mark is a slightly transluscent light blueish-gray on her cornea. The problem then is just figuring out what texture image is associated with the cornea - if any given that it's just a transparent lens.
