Small problem with Ivy rig

I'm having a trouble with Ivy's rig, the poles are looking in another direction and its deforming the legs (sometimes the poles are in other direction but it doesnt affect the shape of the legs) so I'm going to see if I can fix it on Blender or in the worst scenario its a morph :S ( I used some to make her taller)
