Lorne told him and another guy that it wasn't their night off, it was their night on, and to get out there and mingle, mingle, mingle. The next time you see hike he's leading the conga line.

2023-08-16 15:57:44 +0000 UTCHolographic projection thing - after the first episode you never see it again (some similar things on the market now but not as sophisticated or close to being on the same level) The Science - some exaggeration, some outright BS Dr Hodkins - The conspiracy theorist, so funny because he deals in facts as a scientist but conspiracies generally have no facts and are just speculation I really liked Bones, back when it originally aired I didn't really have a lot of time to watch it so I missed it for a number of years, did a binge watch of it when it was around series 4 or 5. For you Shan, you remember David more for Buffy and Angel but a lot of Bones fans never saw them so this is what he is more known for amongst most people

2023-08-16 08:16:12 +0000 UTCEmily Deschanel( Dr Temperance Brennan) is the older sister of actress Zoey Deschanel ( New Girl)! She also is great at playing a smart complicated character! I love this show, it is hard to follow at first. I had trouble with the gross part of the skeletons at first, but I got use to it after awhile. This show is very character driven. It has alot of humor in the fact that Bones is smart , but she doesn't know about movies, TV and music references! I hope you keep an open mind about this show! Either way thank you so much for giving it a try! I promise if you stick with it you won't regret it!

2023-08-15 19:12:03 +0000 UTCBones! This is one of my Comfort Shows that I binge now and then. It comes up on tv in syndication. I can always watch any episode. I think I've seen the series 4 times through by now. I guessed that you'd rate it a 5. I can understand what you said about how watching shows like this make you feel. For some reason, I like to watch crime shows. Not all of them. Maybe a handful. For me, it helps me feel like there is justice in the world, because they always - almost always - get the bad guy. A lot of the "scientific" stuff in this show is really exaggerated. Some of it is just purely made up, but it works for the story in showing how they get info from the body. I think another issue with the show might be how gross it can get. They love to show us the icky bits of this sort of a show. I think the characters are well done, though. The character stories and interactions are maybe the best part about this show for me. How they work together to solve crimes and just their interpersonal relationships and such.
