This is getting redonkulous ...I mention the gluttonous Goa'uld dude in my notes and he shows up!?!? .....Did NOT. plan this Froots ...To be honest I don't remember this episode ...Being around you has given me the same kinda weird ESPN powers ...We need to figure out a way to make this shit work FOR. us! 3. Right... I'm suspecting why I don't give a crap about this episode and have kinda blocked it out of my memory ....Kassa a.k.a. Space-Corn ....What the fuck?? 4. Looks like Lego isn't running out of ideas any time soon.... Fake Lego food .....There's always a sucker who'se willing to buy it I guess 5. Yeeeeaah bit of a weird transition ...One moment Mitchell is being held at gunpoint and the next him and the rest of SG-1 are running towards the gate... How DID. Mitchell get out of that situation 6 Also... The 2nd time we see this scene take place and the gate disappears ...Ben Browder is playing the scene slightly different making it obvious this scene was filmed at least twice ....Kind of takes away some of the immersion 7. Aaaaaand also ...With the gate gone and SG-1 pinned down ....What exactly made the bad guys think "NOW. we'll give them a chance to surrender" ....They were trying to kill SG-1 before ...Why the sudden change of heart? 8. So turns out we learned from our mistakes ....In 9x15 Daniel got taken hostage and we were unable to beam him off the planet cause he was wearing the locator beacon on his wrist and it got taken from him ....But now SG-1 is the first to have been given a new form of said beacon ...It's an implant ...Less likely to be found when held captive and easily able to be picked up by the Odyssey's sensors in case of emergencies 9. True... Landry was fully giving into Nerus's demands of bringing him food in exchange for information ...I'm sure this was done on the show's behalf with the thought of having a more light-hearted scene take place ...Cause there is ZERO. way that I can be convinced that in a real situation a prisoner like Nerus wouldn't just be told to either GIVE. the information of continue to starve 10. AH! I remember reading about this.. Someone on Reddit pointed this out a while back and I guess it's this episode ...This scene of Ba'al meeting with Nerus in the hallway of his ship ...There's a Jaffa in the background of Nerus's shots ...The actor was proooooobably new at the job cause he was in several shots just looking all over the place trying NOT. to look at the camera 11. HA! Famous last words uttered by a Goa'uld: "But I'm so interesting" 12. You asked why the Odyssey started shooting at the Lucian Alliance ships instead of Ba'als ship ...Good question ...The Alliance was already firing on Ba'als ship which meant it's shields would've probably gone down soon ...If the Odyssey just waited OR. helped just a little bit then the shields would've gone down faster and they could've transported SG-1 and the gates out of there ....But nah ...SG-1 was somehow able to gate out instead 13. Also this doesn't make much sense... When the Lucian Alliance showed up they told Ba'al that he had things that belonged to them and he needed to turn it over ....Instead they blew up the ship ...I dunno ...That kind of works counter-productive to getting your shit back

2024-03-11 09:52:12 +0000 UTCThe real life reason for destroying the Prometheus was they used the same set for the Daedalus as well & just rearranged set pieces. By this time in the season they were tired of swapping back & forth so decided to destroy the Prometheus so they could just share 1 set between both shows
