I very much disagree with you there Froots ....If you're 18 then you're NOT. yet old enough to be getting married ...There's ZERO. chance that you've got your life in order at 18 years old... ZERO. chance you're mature and financially stable enough to be getting into something as serious as a marriage ...I don't think I've EVER. heard of a couple getting married at that age and NOT. have it be the cause of a teen pregnancy, forced marriage or the family just being straight up trash and there just not being any other way for the kid from getting out under their parents thumb ....Sorry but no... Absolutely 100% disagree 2. Yes Froots... Isabel DID. also dye her hair ....Which as we both WELL. KNOW. doesn't change the intelligence of a person ....Weirdly enough in Isabel's case she went from "blonde and smart" to "brunette and stupid" ...They got the stereotype backwards 3. Hello?? ....Isabel is walking down the street and bumps into her parents and they're like "Isabel.. How are you??" .....Like... Did I miss something??? Did Isabel move out??? Did you NOT. see your daughter THIS. morning??? ....They're acting like they haven't seen her in ages .....The fuck is going on!? ...added later... Ok Maria is visiting Isabel and it DEFINITELY. is her bedroom at her parents house ...So it was just a weird scene then ...Like ...Who stumbles into their parents while out and about and has a conversation start like THAT.??? ......How dysfunctional does your family need to be for this to be a normal thing?? 5. Yeah how sad do you have to be to be in a 4 month relationship with someone ....Get married to that person ...And have to ask their brother if HE. can be your best man ....That's actually sad on SEVERAL. levels ....First of all ....Jesse doesn't have any friends or siblings of his own to ask? .....And 2nd ....Max gets to be "Best Man" to the guy his sister is marrying ...A guy he BARELY. interacted with ....I dunno ....Kinda defeats the meaning behind "Best" man 6. Riiiiiiiiiiigggghtt.... So Isabel has been planning this wedding for weeks ...Isabel... The person who is KNOWN. for planning shit ...And she FORGOT. she was getting married tomorrow??? .....This is some typical rom-com trope type BULLSHIT. 7. And she's apparently also has to pay the venue TODAY.??? ...How in the absolute FUCK. is the person who owns the venue ok with this??? ....I DOUBT. there's any person DUMB. enough to book a space out to someone and wait until the last possible moment for them to pay up ...Imagine dealing with some flakey people who will NOPE. out at the last moment ....That's bad for business ...Isabel should've paid for that place WELL. in advance like any normal person would ...But add it to the list of tropes I guess 8. Ok how did Isabel figure out that Michael was examining Jesse's blood?? ...Dude said it was for a school project ....How did she go from school project to nah bish you're trying to see if the guy I'm seeing is human in less than 2 seconds??? ....That didn't make any sense 9. Max to Mum: "The dress maker actually lost her dress" ...You assuming about the mum (or Max): "You're actually going to give her your dress" .....UGH... Another cliché??? ....And what... It's a perfect fit? .....I'm soooooo done with this episode 11. Alright ...PAUSE... Isabel just asked Valenti to walk her down the aisle cause her parents aren't going to be at the wedding ....We JUST. had the scene where Max told the parents they're making a mistake and now this .....The parents ARE. going to show up and Valenti will be singing instead cause they JUST. also again brought up the fact that he has a band .....I'm predicting the SHIT. outta this ...Aaaaaaand PLAY. 12. Sure... Cause this might as well also happen ...A brawl breaks out at the bachelors party over a couple of misunderstandings ...Jesse's got a broken nose JUST. before the wedding cause ...Why not? .....And Valenti ..The singer at this bar just KEEPS. singing while all this shit is going down ....Need I remind you that Valenti used to be a cop ....He'd be the FIRST. person to try and calm people down ...ESPECIALLY. when Max and Michael are involved 13. You about Jesse's broken nose: "I mean you could heal it" .....Nope.. Or have you already forgotten that Isabel isn't allowed to tell Jesse the truth about their alien origins?? There's no way Max is healing Jesse's nose 2 hours before the wedding WITHOUT. knocking him the FUCK. out to make sure he doesn't find out their secret ...added later... Ok I was wrong on that one I guess 14. Isabel is trying to defend Jesse by telling Max: "Did you really think I didn't dreamwalk in on him to check if he's an alien" or something like that (I can't be arsed to properly quote it) ....Bish ....IF. he'd be an alien ...He'd be a HELL. of a lot better at using his powers than YOU. are .....Soooooo... He could EASILY. fool you into believing he's human ....A little EXTRA. detective work by Max and Michael wouldn't hurt (aside from a broken nose) 15. Aaaaaand here we go ....The mum shows up with her dress (which HER. mum apparently also wore ..Obviously ..Cause the dress looks old and ugly as FUCK.) ....And which ...22 minutes before the wedding... Is just gonna fit perfectly? ....Sure ....Now we wait for the dad to show up too and walk her down the aisle and then cue to Valenti singing 16. Ah huh... Sure ...Yeah... Max holds a steak up to Jesse's nose ...Cause ...Well.. Why not... That's normal ....And Jesse DOESN'T see the glow coming from Max's hand ...Y'know ...His hand that's RIGHT. IN. FRONT. of his face .....And then his face all of a sudden is completely healed .....And Jesse doesn't think this is odd ....This episode is just all kinds of BAD. 17. Aaaaaaaand there's the dad to walk Isabel down the aisle ....Called it 18. Max decides to tell a room full of people how he and Isabel got found wandering the desert and how nobody knows where they come from .......Yeah ...How about you also tell them you're aliens ...I mean ...If you want people to get curious enough to investigate your past ...Might aswell tell the ENTIRE. story 19. Yeah the dress looks fucking horrible ....But what did you expect?? ...It's the mum's dress ...So it's at least 20 years out of style ....Actually even more since the mum got it from HER. mum .....That's got to be the 100th cliché used in this episode right? I lost count 20. Sure... Liz's dad is just ok with his daughter openly defying his rules about Max ...Why not .....I bet if this kinda shit happened in real life ...Liz wouldn't have walked off smiling 21. Aight ....So I was wrong about Valenti ending up singing at the wedding ...But I guessed the other stuff ...They kinda did Valenti dirty on this one ...Could've at least made it up to him by having him plug his band at the wedding ...There was even some sort of talent scout or whatever there ...I don't exactly know what the guy was who had the broken down bus that Kyle needed to fix but apparently he was able to arrange a band for the wedding sooooo... Give our boy Valenti a shot (although I don't care AT. ALL. for his style of music) 22. Yeah and we had Kivar showing up ...Who apparently decided NOT. to wear the clone body of a 14 year old boy this time ...Good choice I guess ....Would be kinda awkward having a teenager be seen drooling over your teenage daughter at her wedding ....Y'know ....Not that the whole having your daughter marry at 18 years old isn't already awkward enough

2024-04-15 04:55:08 +0000 UTCI agree on the wedding dress, not one I like either. It does look old fashion but then again it is supposed to be old. The mom mentioned it was her mothers dress. So this dress was likely made in the 1950's, if not earlier.

These 2 tiers (right here on Patreon) have a limited amount of spots (currently all taken, sorry). When one becomes available they usually go quick so if you're interested you'd have to keep an eye out for it and act fast. Most common time for one to open up would be around the end of the month / beginning of the new month.
