The Pony girl can only CONTROL 4 horns at a time. She can SPAWN as many as she wants. So shooting a bunch isn't a problem, since she isn't directly controlling them for more than a split second. Just enough to toss them in a straight line. That being said, I swear I did see her control 6 of them last episode.
