I'm really enjoying your reactions to Cobra Kai, so I hope you continue with the series. Demetri was trying to reach out to Hawk and talk to him, then Hawk poured beer on his head, so I don't really think Demetri was wrong going after him on the mike like that, for the most part he was standing up for himself, however I do think he went a little to far with the bed wetting stuff, although to be fair Hawk has been acting aggressive for awhile and there's only so much you can take and when you get angry sometimes you say things you shouldn't. I'm not a fan of cheating, no matter what, even if I think the relationship people are in is terrible, I don't think cheating is appropriate. I think it was not great of Sam to kiss Miguel and for Miguel to kiss Sam, which I've noticed in a lot of reactions I've seen, people don't always note the Miguel kissing Sam side of things, which he did. I also feel like I have to point out that Miguel's level of drunk didn't appear to be that bad, if he was drunk at all, he was walking fine, talking fine and could get himself out of the situation on his own when the police showed up. Sam on the other hand, she was slurring her words occasionally, she couldn't get herself out of the situation on her own and she couldn't even stand on her own, Robby had to hold her up. I feel like when someone is that drunk, they can't really make decisions and you really shouldn't be kissing them or anything like that, so I don't think Robby was entirely wrong, when he said Miguel took advantage of her, I just don't think Miguel realized he did, because not everyone thinks of things like that, even though they really should. I think Tory went way too far, attacking Sam at school, scarring her arm, attempting to disfigure her, that's some messed up stuff. That fight was crazy, a lot of it being a one shot must have been difficult to film. I think it was great that Demetri took Hawk down, even if it was mostly because Hawk was surprised. Kreese and the Cobra Kai students are trying to say, that Johnny teaching them mercy and Miguel showing mercy, is why Miguel got hurt, but it's not, it's because Robby fought with anger, which is a dangerous thing to do. Although we could say that Johnny made the mistake of not teaching "some mercy" a lot sooner, if he had, maybe this fight wouldn't have happened. Both Johnny and Daniel made mistakes carrying on their feud from their past and not letting it go and they kind of ended up putting their feud on their students. Although there was also Kreese's manipulation as well.

I know he still cared for her and only started dating Tori because Sam wasn't an option but still, he should have backed off. Robby was right, he took advantage of her. Kreese took over Cobra Kai. Now what's going to happen? Man, just think, we had to wait a year to find out!

2024-08-06 23:00:13 +0000 UTCI know what sam did was wrong and in excusable but tori kind of had this coming... i love the character of tori she does bring something to the show, but she had this one coming, before miguel and tori got together, miguel was trying to get sam back and he made a special video of him and her, as soon as tori found it was sam in the video, tori could of been honest and say i had a run in with her and i dont like her but she instead said to not to show her that video and when sams around he needs to act like he doesnt care about her, her intentions in that scene were not good, i guess all i can say now is the these two women both are not innocent in this rivalry right now

2024-08-06 22:43:03 +0000 UTCPowerful episode. The song played after the Title card Cruel Summer by Bananarama was played on the first day of school in The Karate Kid as well. It was played again as Johnny was sitting on the beach at the end but this time at a slower tempo and performed by Kari Kimmel. Its hard to judge, Danial came on way too strong when he barged into Johnny's house but he doesn't trust Johnny and he was worried sick about his daughter. All I can say is Mr. Miyagi would have said to stop and listen. There was no fighting in the previous episode and a massive fight in this one. That was an awesome One-shot they did during the fight. I'm sorry but I do NOT like Stingray, he strikes me as a pathetic loser. Feeling tough because he beats up kids. Fails a the security job as he only makes things worse. He isn't even good comedic character, I just despise him. Way to go Dimitri, he took down Hawk. Mind you, it was due to the fact that Hawk wasn't expecting it but still, well done. Tory, went way overboard using the spikes on her knuckles. That constitutes a assault with a deadly weapon. Robbie might have had a heat of the moment defense had Miguel not stopped fighting and even said "I'm sorry". Hard to justify his kicking him over the rail after that. Yes it was in anger over recent events and heat of fight but still, very wrong when Miguel put down his defenses. Very sad ending. Miguel injured to point of possibly dying, Sam needing stiches, no word from Robbie or Tory, likely on the run. Johnny and Daniel feeling responsible, and rightly so. As Mr. Miyagi used to say, "No such thing bad student, only bad teacher." The phone call from Ali was a way to have her "in" the show even though she was not able to be in it. I respect they do this rather than recast. But they still give her a mention, so in the end I'm ok with it. As far as Season 3, how could you just leave it like this. We got to know what happens next. We got to. 🙂
