Your reaction to Jerome's laughing fit was *chef's kiss* Cameron Monaghan is such an insanely talented actor, which is why I'm so glad he's playing Cal Kestis in the Star Wars: Jedi video game series. I didn't keep up much with Gotham during the early seasons but there's one thing that made its way to me back when season 1 aired and that's Cameron's performance in this episode. Absolutely stunning. The way he switched over from crying to chuckling and then from fury to the laughing fit is truly unnerving.
