Hate to say it but I actually sobbed when Sam died. It didn’t even occur to me that he would die after just narrowly missing that window in the premiere. “There’s no way they would try to kill him off again..” well.. I also have to agree with you, I prefer this new actor over the last. This new actor is really good and I even felt uncomfortable to be watching the scene 😭

2024-10-16 12:59:03 +0000 UTCOk so I’m just gonna come out and say it coz it’s been 4 seasons and nothings been done but Jordan… get a damn haircut!! *sigh of relief* Now then this episode may just be one of my favourites, and here’s why, the acting, I didn’t know new Johnathan had it in him but he knocked it out of the park with that scene in the barn. Bitsie Tulloch, give her all the awards. The cinematic styling of having Clark take off his glasses to reveal he’s superman was perfectly executed, Tyler is quickly becoming my favourite superman. And finally those loud shirts the boys were wearing c’est magnifique.

They don’t have enough time to do everything they normally would be able to. I wish this season was 15 episodes. I actually really like Jon getting powers. I really hope we see some teamwork with them both working together. Maybe they can be the superboy twins lol (Obviously a name less cringy) I also don’t think it makes them interchangeable. As we have seen in previous episodes, Jordan uses his powers for fame, glory, and to have fun while going behind his mother’s back, but Jonathan in this episode proved that he just genuinely wants to help people and he asked for his mom’s opinion and waited for an answer instead. They might have the same powers now, BUT the way they handle their powers are way different. This isn’t to talk bad about Jordan, I actually love him and I understand his point most of the time, but I like how there’s a difference between the way they use their powers to make them still unique. I absolutely love this show and this season so far. If it keeps up to the same quality as this, it could end up being my favorite season. I’m so upset the show was canceled. I absolutely hate the new owners of the CW. Luckily, the budget cuts aren’t that noticeable. The VFX is still really good, the acting is great, they still bring the other characters back when they are needed. I applaud everyone working on this show and putting their soul into it with all these budget cuts. I know it must have been so much harder.
