One thing you got to remember, before a certain rotting pumpkin shade faced psycho got into office in the U.S., trust in vaccines was relatively high. The anti-vaxxer crowd was a fringe group of nutjobs that made up just a couple percent at the most. This episode was 3 1/2 years before C-19, so odds are if this happened prior to his election, turn out rates would have been fairly high.
