Yeah, religion can get messy in a relationship. She wants to use her right to have her tubes tied (well its her right now, that may change in the future) but she's afraid to let her husband know because his beliefs will change the way he sees her. They have deep issues in their marriage. But regardless Karev was absolutely wrong. He violated the wife right to medical privacy (for now).Under present HEPA laws he can not discuss medical issues about the woman to ANYONE she identifies not to tell unless there is a court order. Izzy and Denny going down a dangerous path, pissing off Bailey. The baby horse was cute. (I know, you are nervous about horses Shan) Damn, Christine is an elitist "Can't date a veterinarian, he not prestigious enough for a surgeon" . If George never stopped paying rent, then he is intitled to return to his room, especially after Izzy repeated begged him to return as well as Meredith in previous episode asked him to return. I always feel this is a mid episode, not bad just not really good either.

I hate Alex so much this episode. He had no right to tell the husband that at all. Really sours me on his character and makes me dislike him. Good episode other than that though. I really like that Grey’s doesn’t shy away from heavier topics and always seem to handle them pretty well.
