Reposting this as I accidentally put it in the wrong episode. lol The old looking clone looks that way because not all the clones come out right. (Kind of like bread from bread machine, sometimes you get a bad batch). You saw him in a previous episode a while back where he gave some advise to a clone group having problems. At that time one of the clones, Heavy, gave him his medal. The medal 99 pulled out of his pocket here.
