Torchwood S01E04 - Cyberwoman FULL REACTION

Cyberwoman vs pterodactyl that was the first scene I ever saw of this show, still think it looks cool. Next time they should have another cyber-person fight a pack of velociraptors led by Chris Pratt cause why not?

Pizza shop calls back, "Hey, so what happened to that pizza delivery person we sent out."

Owen's definitely wrong about the driving situation, it's not specifically women driving - it's short people. And it's not so much the hassle of moving the seat back, it's the surprise when you get in, if you don't know someone shorter had been driving and moved the seat closer or just how close they've moved it. It's arguably not as big of deal for short people when they get in a car after a taller person's been driving; because they can still easily get into the car. As a taller and larger person, getting into a car when you don't realize how close the seat is and you get up getting wedged between the seat and the steering wheel (and sometimes the door, depending on how low the car sits) is not just inconvenient, it's unsettling; at least for me. One of my anxiety triggers is feeling physical stuck; and there have been times getting into a car where getting back out to adjust the seat is easier said than done, but you also can't easily reach the lever from where you out... Makes my skin crawl just thinking about it. I'm the tallest in my immediate family, and in my teens and 20s I got in the habit of just adjusting the seat by default. Nowadays though I'm usually the only person that drives my car, so I've fallen out of that practice, but it also means on the rare occasion someone else has driven it or I drive someone else's car, I'm sometimes caught off guard, because I forget to think about it.

The good news is that we're now past the lowest rated episode of the entire show. I think that the showrunners probably wanted to prove that they weren't doctor who and were more 'adult' and went too far and ended up ... with this episode.

Shan: Casually mentions that she runs away from police. Us: Is this how we learn that Shan's actually a wanted art-thief? An international spy? A rogue Slayer, who accidentally killed the deputy mayor of Sunnydale? Is the accent just a cover? πŸ€”

Yeah, i never understood why they made her look like how they did in the cyber costume. I do enjoy this episode. It shows a different side to Ianto (even if he was completely wrong) and shows just how far Jack will go to protect people he cares about/the Earth.
