Inheritance Art Breakdown: Mully

Today we're showing off a bit of art for our first animal character in the game, Mully, the Fennec Fox.
This animal is the first pet that players can adopt in the game and is accessible through a visit to the pet store with Mitsuko.
We actually did two versions of this piece, one with his favorite stuffed plushy, and one without. Was very happy with how both turned out.
First up is a very rough sketch of Mully with his plush. Or biggest concern at this stage was the ears. Fennec foxes have REALLY big ears.
Revision with a little more detail, the ears still needed to be larger so we went the artist some sample images of the animal and gave the green light to continue.
Third version, the ears were much better and we green lit the piece to be completed.
And finally the completed pieces. First one with just Mully, second one he's carrying his plush toy Skully.
There isn't a lot of content for this pet in the game yet, but we're working on it. We've got lots of ideas, we've just got to get them written!
