Patreon Customer Support

Spent about an hour trying to post the latest test build of Wanton Cove earlier and kept getting "Something went wrong with your request. Blah blah blah" whenever I tried to post it. I contacted customer support about it, and I received both a reply and a fix in about half an hour.
I don't know if that's typical of their customer support or not, but if it is, then they're a really top notch group on that front. Needless to day, I'm both impressed and pleased with my first (And hopefully last) experience with their help department.

And I like my FireFox. :P It sounded to me like the support people ended up doing something on their end, which implies to me that it was an issues on their end. I'll take a look at the link when I have a little time tomorrow. Thank you for the post.
