The Allure of Wanton Cove progress report.

Time has not been on my side these last couple of days.  I've been busy trying to tie up loose ends on the home front before my trip later this week.  

That said, I just spent a couple of hours working on a scene for the release after I get back from my trip.  Pretty happy with how it turned out, its about 2k words of content, and I still need to write four variants of the scene (New book entry) and add the relevant case notes to the game.  But about half of the work is done for the scene.  The first version has eight variants, and that's before the skill checks get worked into it, so its going to be a fairly diverse scene.  Assuming I can get that scene completed before the trip, and work through even a third of the ambient scene list I made the other day, I'll be really happy with the progress.

If everything goes the way I hope, we'll have a normal sized release towards the middle of next month, in addition to the build that will come out later this week.

REMINDER:  I'm leaving on a road trip to see family towards the middle of this week.  I'll be gone for just over two weeks.  I should have internet during that time, but my time will be limited enough that it will likely take me longer than usual to respond to anything that crops up during that time.  Also, with the next build being released right after I get to my destination, any bug reports might take a couple of days to get to instead of my trying to fix them within a day.  Don't be surprised if it takes a day or two for me to respond to messages until I get back  On the up side, if I can finish up what I started today some time this week, the trip should have very little impact on the release schedule of Wanton Cove.
