New Wanton Cove sketch art
Added 2017-09-01 22:36:11 +0000 UTCGot sketches for the backgrounds of the Wanton Cove art commissioned last month. Thought I'd share them with you guys!
This first piece I thought was perfect. I loved everything about it and couldn't think of anything to critique. This is for Azumi's room:
The second image is supposed to be for the character's room in the Barmaid's Daughter. While I thought it handled the overall feel fairly well, I asked them to make a few changes to it. Among the changes, I asked that they rotate the room a bit so that we can see the wall on the left. Then move the window to that wall so its not directly over the bed anymore. There were a couple of other things I asked to change as well, but those are a lot less significant. This is a first sketch for the protagonist's room:
It sounds like there is a really good chance I'll receive an update sketch for the character's room some time tonight, with finished versions in the near future. Hoping to have something worth sharing for tomorrow!
