Wanton Cove Progress Report

Was terribly unmotivated today. Don't know if it was a lack of caffeen, sugar, or something else, but I don't have as much to show for today as I would have liked.

My original intent was to write maybe 2-3k words of content today and finish up one of the major elements I still need to work on for the next build. Instead, I probably wrote a bit shy of 1k, and its kind of the bare bones version of the scene. Basically, I wrote the "vanilla" version of the scene, and now I need to go back and flesh the scene out with skill checks and such.

Short version: Got a little bit done today, but only about a third of what I was hoping for.

Now, on to a bit of brighter news: Instead of writing the way I had intended, I instead spent a large part of my day reading and researching (Translation, I spent about four hours today reading a hand full of Lovecraft's stories while trying to find a scene I half remembered with the intent of using that scene as reference for a scene I want to write.)

That research will likely be used when commissioning this month's art.

And on that note, I should open a poll to see what you guys would like to see for art!
