Got a fix build up for all of you wonderful people!
This should resolve the issue with the Settings option not appearing in the sidebar. This should be a cosmetic fix for those of you who have pledged at this level, but for $5 Patrons, this allows access to the Cheat Menu that will allow you to adjust stats at will.
This should fix the inability to summon the girls to the ball room, which in turn should make the two scenes much easier to trigger.

Sigh. On the up side, one of my coders mentioned something about this earlier and said they had a solution. It was working for me when I tested it earlier, but maybe that's only for certain situations. Guess I need to drop their fix in place and put up a new build when I have the chance.
