General update.

First I'll talk about the new art on our Patreon page!

I thought that the artist had a lot of talent, and their prices were reasonable.

You can see the four pieces I commissioned to the right of this post, one displayed with each pledge level.  For more art from this artist, you can find their gallery here:

For those of you at the $10 and up levels, the first art breakdown was released last night, and the next three have been written and scheduled so they will appear one a day until all four chibi style images have been broken down so you can see the creative process behind their creation.

I would absolutely love to hear what everyone thinks of the images!

Putting the final touches on the bug fix for the Inheritance test build.  Should have that out some time later today.

\

Coming into the weekend, I'm shifting my attention back to Wanton Cove for the coming week.  With only two more key scenes before the main narrative runs its course, I hope to finish up the first of those scenes for the next release plus a couple more smaller bits of content.  Then if time permits, I'll begin working on the final scene of the game in the hopes of putting a dent in that one so its not such a colossal undertaking when I get to it.

\

With the holiday upon us, I'm going to temporarily suspend the "What should I work on" poll until the new year (I'll record the final numbers from the most recent poll then apply those to the next poll when we get back to it.

The idea here is that I'm not going to have a lot of time to work during the last full week of this month, as such, I'm going to try working on content that will ensure that I have something substantive to share with all of you for each of our regular releases through the end of the year.

When we pick up the polls again, I'll be changing them slightly in that the poll results will determine what I work on for that entire week rather than for the last day or so of my work week.  I think in the long run that will more accurately distribute my work load towards what people want to see worked on.  I additionally hope that it results in slightly larger builds moving forward.

What to expect production wise from me in the coming weeks:

Week of the 10th-16th:

If all goes well, I'll crank out 10-15k words of content for Wanton Cove this coming week, if I can do that, then that should be enough content for the next build as well as a good chunk of the final scene for the main narrative.  The version of Inheritance that is currently in testing will be released towards the end of the week as well as the new Wanton Cove build going to testing.

Week of the 17th-23rd:

The next week I hope to get the next Inheritance build ready to go, plus invest any extra time on Wanton Cove in the hopes of finishing up the endgame scene for the following release.  The next build of Wanton Cove should come out towards the end of that week, and my hope is to have a new version of Inheritance in testing by that time.

Christmas week, the 24th-30th:

I dont expect to get much, if anything of substance accomplished that week.    I'm not counting on it, but if I can find a work day, there is a small chance that the next Wanton Cove build will enter testing some time during the week.  The new Inheritance build should be out late that week but it will be a scheduled post (I write it up early and tell Patreon when I want it published) so odds are pretty good that I won't be around to take care of bug fixes right away like I usually am since I'll be on the road during that time.

I'll do my best to keep you all up to date during that time, but there may be times where it takes a day or more before I'm able to reply.

Going into the new year, things should get back to normal pretty quickly.
