Eve Chibi: Art Breakdown

First Image:
This was actually a sample image the artist sent me when applying for the job. I thought that they showed more promise than most of the artists who applied for the job, and their pricing was pretty reasonable.
The artist mentioned that they would try for a different pose for the image when they officially started this piece.

Second Image:
This was the original for the version we decided to progress with. We discussed this in some detail and we talked about some possible changes. Nothing significant though.

Third Image:
This version cleaned up some details and I gave them the ok to continue.

Fourth Image:
This one is the flat colors for Eve. We discussed shading and some minor changes to colors. It looked really good so we continued.

Fifth Image:
Was thrilled when I saw this version of the image. I gave the artist the green light to put the final touches on the image.

Final image turned out great. Really looking forward to posting this one.
This is the second of four chibis commissioned. Next up will be Azumi.
