Not the day I was expecting, . . . but that's not all bad.

Been working for about six hours already today and if all goes well I'll manage another 2-4 still.

Of that time, only about an hour of that time has been spent writing.  Even so, I was able to finish up a second small scene for the next build of Wanton Cove.  As soon as I finish this message, I'll be trying to finish another one this afternoon.

The paper doll artist, I literally received around 150 clothing images from them this morning.  I spent probably three hours going through everything and replying to the artist's message.  In all honesty, the work looks great and I only had to ask for a couple of fairly minor changes across all of that art.

One of our two regular Inheritance artists submitted three beautiful complete pieces for the intro.  Very happy with all three of them.

The only dark spot on the day was with the other Inheritance artist.  On the grounds that we haven't received any completed art from them in a couple of months now, I let them go.  That means I'm down to a single artist for Inheritance, which is something I hope to remedy in the next couple of weeks.

Needless to say, I wasn't planning to invest any time into Inheritance, but with all of the art pouring in since last night I've ended up spending the bulk of my day reviewing art and talking to artists today.  But that's ok, sometimes writing can wait for art.  ;)

For the rest of today: Going to try finishing up one, maybe two more pieces of content related to the story progression I've been working at.

Tomorrow through Friday, not sure which two are going to be work days yet, but those two days should be offer uninterrupted work time.  I expect to make some really good progress those days.

Friday:  Since last week was spent working on The Therapist, there will be no Friday release this week.  I'll be aiming to release the TEST build of Wanton Cove on Friday to testers and Friday game release will resume as normal next week.

I'll be planning to share some art in the coming days as well. ;)
