Teaser for what is to come!

I've been writing content for Wanton Cove the last two days. About 14k words yesterday (Darn right I was a friggin' rock star!) and another 4k today (4k is a good day, any day of the week.) Much of that time has been invested in writing content related to a new creature that is being introduced to the game. I thought I'd share a snip from the protagonist's first encounter with this new creature if anyone is interested.

SPOILER AHEAD! If you do not want a tantalizing glimpse at what is to come, do not read further!

Walking slowly, I find myself transfixed by the strange beauty of the place, the way what little light makes it through the trees above reflects off of the buildings, reflecting the light in a host of colors, It's like being inside of a rainbow.

I do not know how long I wandered, but I'm eventually pulled from my reprieve by a faint and unfamiliar sound.

My footsteps draw me in that direction. As the sound becomes clearer, it only becomes more difficult to understand what I am hearing. It's like a thousand different voices, speaking as many different languages, all trying to whisper over the top of one another.

I feel a chill in my bones that has nothing to do with the cold or wet. Part of me wants to move closer to the sound, yet part of me wants to flee.

My curiosity gets the best of me and I carefully continue forward as stealthily as I am able.

When I round the building I am closest to, I at first see something I mistake as a snake, but then my eyes follow the tentacle toward its source.

And now I'm off to write just a little more content before calling it good for today. Testers will have a chance to see the new (And likely broken) content at the end of the week. Everyone else will be able to enjoy the new content in a little over a week (Likely on the 30th)

Tomorrow, well tomorrow I'll be spending my day writing what is likely to be the strangest and freakiest sex scenes I've ever written, . . . .
