Inheritance Progress Report

Got a lot of exciting stuff going on today!

Finished getting the Eve sex content into the game.  Need to give it a test still.  It needs a bit of polish, but for the most part it is good to go.

Got a new NPC into the game, one you can acquire as a new servant.  Her intro scene as well as two interactive scenes for her have been added to the game.  Also set up her stat page and cheat menu today.

Some new content for the shower and couch.

Added three new locations in town today.  Each of them have 3-4 ambient scenes.

Got some almost done art for the backgrounds in Inheritance.  I was told by the artist that they hope to complete it tonight.  If that's completed, then I'll get it into the game for this weekend's TEST build. (This is the guy who's been dragging their feet for quite a while over this.  Going to be nice to have these completed and the whole thing behind us.)

The other artist working on background images sent me another round of sketches.  They're coming along nicely and I've given the artist the green light to move on to coloring.

Seems I completely mucked up the mane mechanic somehow in the game.  Our coders rubbed my nose in the mess (I probably had it coming) and fixed it earlier today.

Coders have the save fix in place and have been adding content related to the last couple of builds to it.  This should resolve many of the bugs that have cropped up in the past related to old saves.

Worked through a short list of things that had been reported today.  Couple of minor bugs, but mostly it was spelling/grammar stuff.

Spent a little over an hour talking with a tattoo artist about their trade.  I'm not real familiar with how all of that stuff is done, so I wanted to get a feel for how things work and hear some stories as I prepare to make content related to a tattoo parlor.

Now, where's that leave us?

This evening I'm going to try putting together 1-2 more locations for town.

Tomorrow I'll be posting a new build of Wanton Cove.

Saturday I dont know what I'll be working on for sure, but I should have the bulk of my day to myself, which means I'll most likely be working on Inheritance.

Some time over the weekend, I'll be releasing the new TEST build of Inheritance.

And there you have it.  There's a lot going on right now, and we're shaping up for a really great Inheritance build again.
