The week ahead

I'll start with a progress report, then move in to my plans for the coming week.

Progress Report:
-Got a hand full of additional small scenes written for The Allure of Wanton Cove between last night and today.  In total, we've got about 9k words of new content for the game which means it may not be as impressive as what we accomplished last week, but it's still a pretty respectable bit of content.  

-Got a WIP sketch from our Wanton Cove artist today.  We talked out a few details and I gave them the green light to continue.  Doubt the image will make it into the next release, but it should make it into the following one with no trouble.

-I tried to commission a new wallpaper style image related to Inheritance.  Had worked out all the details, then the artist sent me a message saying she was experiencing some computer issues.  I know her computer has been having some problems for a while now, and it's just a case of that starting to catch up, but I've got to say it's still got me a little upset.

-I know I shouldn't have, but after finishing up my work for the next build of Wanton Cove, I opened up Inheritance and started playing around with that.  Got the first part of a new scene written and mapped out the rest of it.  Will be working on that some more as soon as I get back to work on Inheritance in about a week.

-Had some bug reports showed up over the last few days.  Couple were related to Inheritance, the rest was Wanton Cove stuff.

-Spent some time starting to plan out what I'll be working on this week so I can get straight to work when I have some time.

What's coming next:

-Looks like Therapist has a solid lead in this week's poll.  I'm calling it now so I can get to work on that game first thing tomorrow.

-Will roll out a new TEST Build for Wanton Cove tomorrow.

-Got three major scenes and plenty of small stuff planned for Therapist.  I'm going to start with the big stuff  with a goal of knocking out at least two of the big scenes.  After that I'll look at how much time I have left for the week and plan accordingly.  If I've got a lot of time, I'll work on the other big piece, if not I'll do a little bit of the smaller stuff.

-I have a family commitment late this coming week.  Going to be MIA on either Thursday or Friday, not sure which yet.

-Tomorrow:  Wife has to work, so I should have all evening to work, Hopefully this means I'll start the week off on the right foot.  If all goes well, I'll knock out one of the big scenes tomorrow.

-Monday and Tuesday will be kind of hit and miss.  Not sure yet how much work I'll get done, but I should be able to get some work done during that time. Ideally I'll finish up a second major scene during this time.

-Wed is going to be a full work day.  Should make some good progress that day.  My goal for this day is going to be to finish up a second major scene if needed, then hopefully work through the third one.

-Rest of the week will involve me tying up loose ends and writing smaller scenes to fill the rest of my time.

And there you have it.  It's kind of a loose plan for next week.  Should be making some good progress on this front in the coming days.
