Side Project Progress Report 10/03/18

Monday I got some writing done for the new project I pitched past you guys recently. Not a lot there yet, but it's coming along.
Yesterday I spent a little time working on some bug reports, then I sat down to work on the new project again. Hit some writer's block and eventually ended up working on some hobbies for much of the day.
Today was a workhorse of a day. Started out my day with about six hours of research, looking up various bits of mythology I intend to make use of in the story. I'll need to do more as I go along (Being that I am drawing on real life history and mythology, I want to get it as close as I can while still telling the tale I'm setting out to tell.) I also put together the game file, added the current content, AND wrote a bunch of code both for what's currently in the game AND a bunch for what I have planned in the hopes of avoiding trouble with save games down the road.
Tomorrow I'll be jumping right into the writing side of things. My goal is to knock out a minimum of 3k words tomorrow and if I can do that, I'll share what I currently have with Patrons at the end of the week with a free release somewhere in the next couple of weeks.
And there you have it! Making some good progress and will hopefully have something to show off soon!
