Last Stand of Ra: Teaser Build
Added 2018-10-14 03:32:15 +0000 UTCNot really "Playable" yet as it's basically the first part of the intro and only includes a single branching point. Even so, I wanted to post this for any of you who are interested in giving it a play. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts
Additionally: If anyone has ideas for a better name for the game, I'm all ears. The current title is tentative. It works for the game, but I'm not completely sold on it yet.
Anyway, give the game a try, and let me know what you think. Do you like it? Do you dislike it? What do you like/dislike about the game?
On a side note, if anyone is curious about how the story concept came about: I was talking with someone who's helped out a lot in the past about what I should do for a future project. I really want to set up Aftermath, but since it's going to share code with Inheritance, some of Inheritance needs to be running properly before it can really start being worked on in a serious way. As such, I was looking for ideas for a short story that could be done. I was informed that I've never really done anthromorphic content before and they said it would be fun to see how I handled it. Since I was actually reading some mythology related to the Egyptians and Aztec empire, it planted the seed of an idea that became the story idea I posted the teaser build for at the bottom of this post.
I posted this to Testers last week and wanted to give all of you a peek at it next. Will move this to all Patrons soon, then release this teaser to the public when I have a proper build for all of you.
