The Allure of Wanton Cove: Progress Report 1/3/19

Got quite a bit going on right now.  Lets see about getting all of you fine people up to speed on the latest:

Since this is a Wanton Cove week, I'll start there:
So far this week, we've got three significant pieces of content into the game, about 9k words of content between them.  Introduced a new horror to the setting today with a new scene that can build both Depravity and Taint.  

I need to do a little followup content (Journal entries for the most part) for what I wrote today, but odds are pretty good that I'll get that wrapped up tonight

Next up, Inheritance:
Spent about half of the day both today and yesterday working on bug reports.  Nothing too major in it's own right (Mostly spelling/grammar stuff) but it was still time consuming.

Two of our writers are collaborating a big scene together this week.  I just received the scene from them that just needs to be coded and added to the game at this point.

Commissioned a fairly significant bundle of art for Inheritance.  Ironed out the details last night  This includes four more pieces of background art, and two pieces of foreground art.  We've actually got official art for Maki, Bubbles, and Mitsuko coming!

Last Stand of Ra:
Not a ton going on with this right now, but I DO have art coming in.  Just got some new imagery for Horus a little while ago, and it looks pretty good.

What's coming:
We will NOT have a Wanton Cove release this Friday.  I want at least a week for testing for any game we create between the time we start testing and the time we release an official build.  It's important to give a few days for testing to ensure we catch as many potential problems as possible before a public release.  What that means is that this week's release will happen next Friday.  The following week should see a build as usual.

Tomorrow, going to tie up any loose ends left over for Wanton Cove, then likely spend the rest of the day trying to finish up the spelling reports for Inheritance.
